Description

Age recommendation: Advisable for all ages above one year.

Ingredients: Oats, Raw Kerala Banana Powder and Wheat

Instructions to Prepare:

Add 1/4 cup of the pancake mix with 1/4 cup of milk OR Add 1/4 cup of mix with one whole egg and beat well. [ 1/4 cup – 30g.]
If required any sweetener like jaggery or coconut sugar can be added.
Mix well, Heat a pan, Pour a ladle of the mix on the pan and do not spread it.
Drizzle ghee and cook one side well, flip to other side and cook well. Serve with honey/dates syrup/ fruits.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Once opened, transfer the contents of the packet to a clean and dry airtight container immediately. Shelf life is 4 months under refrigeration.
